SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS FOR TEENS AGES 13-17

With Coach Josh Kirkpatrick

  • Technique Training: Learn proper technique and injury prevention. Our coaches work closely with you to correct your form, ensuring that each lift is performed safely and effectively. This includes detailed breakdown of each movement, spotter assistance, and 1on1 in person feedback.

  • Nutrition Guidance: Gain knowledge on basic nutrition and how to recover from training. This is greatly beneficial for sports related athletes.

  • Strength Building: Excellent introduction to barbell and strength training. We develop customized training plans based on your current strength levels and goals. These plans focus on gradually increasing your power through proven strength-training methodologies.

  • General Fitness: Work on strength, speed, and endurance

WHEN: JULY Ist - AUGUST 8th

DURATION: 6 WEEK CAMP | 2 HOUR SESSION | 2x a WEEK

SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

MON & WED 10am - Noon

OR

TUE & THUR 5:30pm - 7:30pm

(min of 3 participants per session required)

This camp is designed to greatly benefit teenagers who are:

  • Involved in competitive school or town sports.

  • Looking for an introduction to barbell training.

  • Simply spending too much time doing NOTHING.
